A law firm located in the heart of Manhattan took the alternative route of designing a chic office with the look of a loft while incorporating sustainable materials.

The space was allowed to stand in its integrity, in its raw state while emphasizing on the materials and the open plan look.  Glass walls were used to enclose the conference room and foyer – allowing  natural sunlight to filter in and reduce the need for artificial light.

Non toxic paints, stains, carpeting and surfaces were used throughout including energy efficient lighting.
